The 1-day on-site review will focus on the 3 P’s;
We will work together to evaluate your sales process and customer service experience where I will engage with you and your team to establish what is currently happening and identify the areas of improvement. Following this one day review, a report will be presented with recommendations for improvement across the 3 P ’s; People, Process and Profit.
